As part of the State School Aid Act, we are required to submit immunization records for all students by November 1st. This includes complete, provisional, or waivered immunization records, and we must meet a 90% compliance rate. Failure to comply could result in the district losing 5% of its State School Aid Funds.
If your child does not have the appropriate records on file, they may be excluded from school until proof of required immunizations or a completed waiver is provided.
Is your student up to date on their vaccines or has a completed waiver on file?
If you're having trouble scheduling with your primary care provider, the Health Department offers walk-in services for $7 per shot, and insurance may be accepted. No one will be denied service due to inability to pay—there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available.
For questions or more information, please contact your building secretaries.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter!
