Summer Sports Camps

Looking for something active, fun, and rewarding this summer? Our Summer Sports Camps start June 8 and run throughout the season, giving kids a chance to stay active, build skills, and enjoy being part of a team.

We offer a variety of camps for boys and girls, all led by Royal Oak Schools coaches who know how to teach the game and make it fun.

Sports include:
Softball • Basketball • Swimming • Tennis • Football • Volleyball • Cheer

What to Expect

Each camp focuses on fundamentals, confidence-building, and game experience. Whether your child is just getting started or already plays competitively, they’ll be grouped by age and skill level so they feel comfortable and challenged.

Campers can expect:

Camp Lineup

Softball Camp

Players will work on hitting, fielding, base running, and overall game awareness through a mix of drills and instruction.

  • June 8–10 | 9:00–11:00 AM
  • Ages 8–14 | $90

Girls Basketball Camp

A great opportunity to build skills like shooting, passing, and defense while learning team concepts and competing in fun contests.

  • June 15–18 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Grades 3–8 | $120

Boys Basketball Camp

Focused on fundamentals, game play, and fun competition. Expect drills, scrimmages, and plenty of action.

  • June 17–19 | 1:00–4:00 PM
  • Ages 7–14 | $110

Swim Camp

For swimmers who already have some experience and want to improve technique, starts, and turns.

  • June 15–19 | 9:00–10:30 AM
  • Ages 8–15 | $90
  • Must be able to swim two laps freestyle

Competitive Swim Camp

Designed for swimmers preparing for or currently on a team, with a focus on endurance, technique, and race skills.

  • July 13–15 | 9:00–10:30 AM
  • Ages 8–17 | $85

Volleyball Camp

This camp will focus on the basic fundamental skills of volleyball including: passing, setting, hitting, and serving, as well as strategy to improve one's overall game. Your child will have a positive experience at our camp, regardless of skill level.

  • June 22–25 | 4:00–6:00 PM
  • Ages 9–14 | $95

Raven Invasion Cheerleading Camp

This two-day camp is for those who want to perfect their cheer technique or try cheerleading for the first time. Campers will learn proper motions/placement, jumps, basic tumbling, stunting safety, and basic/intermediate stunt sequence.

  • June 22–23 | 6:00-8:00 PM
  • Grades 1–5 | $100

Tennis Camp

A fun and supportive setting to learn or improve skills like serves, volleys, and footwork. Includes games and prizes.

  • Multiple sessions available June–July
  • 9:00–11:30 AM
  • Grades 2–12 | $110

Youth Football Camp

A one-day camp focused on fundamentals and skill development, led by coaches and varsity players.

  • June 18 | 6:00–8:00 PM
  • Ages 9–13 | $40

Middle School Football Camp

A two-day camp focused on technique, development, and learning from both high school and middle school coaches.

  • June 25–26 | 6:00–8:00 PM
  • Ages 12–14 | $80

Girls Lacrosse Camp

Discover the fast-paced, exciting game of lacrosse! This camp is designed for athletes new to the sport and those wanting to try something different. No experience necessary.

  • July 27-30 | 5:30–7:30 PM
  • Ages 11–14 | $100

Registration Details

Registration is open until five days before each camp, and spots can fill quickly. Please note that walk-ins are not accepted.

All registration and payment is handled online through SchoolPay.

Good to Know

  • Camp ratios are typically around 1:10
  • Some camps require specific equipment (details listed above)
  • Weather plans will be shared on the first day
  • Please include any medical information during registration

Refund Policy

Refunds requested before a camp starts will include a $5 fee. Once a camp begins, refunds and transfers are no longer available.
