Mr. Barnett expressed gratitude for the support of Royal Oak Schools and his colleagues, stating:
"While it has been a bit of a whirlwind teaching while preparing to move to another country for four months, I think that everything is in pretty good order. I am very grateful for the support of Royal Oak Schools and my colleagues as I depart on this journey."
Next week, Mr. Barnett will finalize many of the details of his project with his advisor at the University of Helsinki.
