Royal Oak Schools has partnered with Royal Oak Parks and Recreation and South Oakland YMCA to offer weekly open and lap swim options! Enjoy weekly pool access for swimmers of all ages with a dedicated space for free swim and lap lanes.
Note: Children ages 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.

Location: Royal Oak High School Pool (Entry: Door 5)
Pricing:
- Ages 5–59: $7.00
- Ages 60+: $5.00
- Ages 4 & under: Free
How to purchase a punch card:
- Visit the South Oakland YMCA during regular business hours
- Call 248-547-0030 to purchase by phone and pick up during open swim.
- No punch cards are available for purchase during open swim.
Swim Lessons
